Bye Bye Ozzies !

I was there yesterday, at Ellis Park, when the Springboks, in the face of adversity, stood tall, and thrashed the Ozzies. Thanks Peter, for yesterday, and for Dunedin ! A new era has dawned for South African rugby. I just wish could say the same about our Cricket team.

Effing Sars eFiling

An error occured during the request: No ManagedConnections available within configured blocking timeout ( 30000 [ms] ); – nested throwable: (javax.resource.ResourceException: No ManagedConnections available within configured blocking timeout ( 30000 [ms] ))

This was the very helpful error message I got off the Sars website earlier. I was so not suprised, I think I just blinked, laughed, and closed the page. My next port of call will be the Eskom webpage.

Up North

Gee, what a suprise. Bob’s busy stealing the election, and the rest of the human disgrace, is outraged. He got there dishonestly, so why should he leave honestly ? The situation in Zim, is SNAFU. There is a real business opportunity in Africa, selling spines to politicians. BOHICA

Future World.

News is filtering in on events up north, on this sham of an election. Anyone who thinks that Robert Mugarbage would just sit back and surrender control, is probably dumb enough to have voted for him. Let’s speculate a bit on what I think will happen.

The result will be very close, so that at the end when that waste of meat wins, the resultant chaos, will ensure that the army steps in, and takes control. After a few weeks or days or whatever, they hand the reigns back to him, and after all the dust settles, he’s still in charge.

This isn’t just about him, it’s about the circle of evil around him, the monsters that are feeding of what he’s done to Zimbabwe. Who watches the watchers ?

I don’t drink, on principal, but on the day when that thing that should not be, shuffles off the mortal coil, I will raise a glass of bubbly, and celebrate. The devil will probably collect this soul in person, and escort it to that special place in hell, reserved for politicians and other lower forms of life (like tow truck drivers and child molesters).

Not impressed

I just want to say a big up yours to the Blues and the Reds. I hope you dickheads get what you deserve. If you can’t win games honestly, then get the frack off the field.

28 March 2008

The weekend is here, as are the storm clouds, filled with the promise of rain. This weekend, my team, The Bulls, will get beaten by the Blues. I’m relying on the Sharks to thump the Reds with a bonus point, which will put them back in second position on the log The Stormers, beat the Force, something I didn’t think was possible, well done Rassie !

The other event on this weekends calendar, is the election in Zimbabwe. I’d like to take this opportunity, to congratulate Rob, as I’m sure he’ll have arranged to steal the result, regardless of how many honest folks, go and try and vote him out.  There is also take of pre-emptive load shedding from Monday onwards, by our good friends at the energy supply commission. We can now look forward to sitting in the dark for about 4 hours, every second day. Then fighting our way through the traffic, to sit for another 2 hours at home. I’m honestly glad they aren’t responsible for generating the air we breathe !

Just read that the cricket isn’t going so well, India were 468/1 at close (http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/cricket/other_international/india/7318463.stm) can we have Gary Kirsten back please ? I owe, I owe, it’s off to work I go.
